You’ll start by answering a few brief questions about your organization, uploading your current employee handbook (if applicable), and engaging in a kick-off meeting with a member of our team.



Over the next 4 - 5 weeks, we will develop a personalized Culture Guide that meets the needs of your business, is legally compliant, and is culturally inclusive.

What is a Culture Guide?
We believe that the employee handbook is more than just a list of policies and procedures - it’s a foundational tool for creating an inviting and inclusive workplace culture. That’s why we call our revamped handbook - the Culture Guide. Our team will ensure that your Guide meets all of the legal requirements for compliance AND sets the tone for a workplace that is welcoming to people of all backgrounds through the creation of inclusive and equitable policies.
Who are the people behind the Culture Guide?

Our founder, Tracy Dunbar, is a seasoned HR professional with 20+ years experience work with Fortune 50 companies in a variety of fields from Marketing to Information Technology to Corporate Philanthropy. Tracy Dunbar

I believe Human Resources and Talent Management are critical levers to achieve social justice and equity in our workplaces. In 2016, I created HR ReDefined, a consultancy focused on designing a “new workplace” grounded in the principles of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).

I have 20+ years experience working with Fortune 50 companies in a variety of fields from Marketing to Information Technology to Corporate Philanthropy. I have worked 15+ years in the social sector, leading teams and coaching senior leaders. What I learned in these environments has helped me to understand how tactical moves combine with cultural solutions to transform workplace culture.

At organizations like Teach For America and The Mission Continues, I developed talent management systems and workplace practices that centered the needs of team members, limited biased decision-making and fostered transparent communication. Through this work, we regularly saw higher rates of staff satisfaction, increased staff retention and better overall performance.

In November 2022, I joined as the Global Head of Talent and DEI. I continue to be driven by my passion to prove what equity and inclusion can look like─everyday─in the workplace. It is not only a moral imperative, but fair workplaces drive tangible results and create a better experience for all people. Outside of work, you can find me walking and exploring my neighborhood, watching the pros show off on The Food Network and traveling to new states to finish off my bucket list goal to visit all 50 states.
